About me:
I have completed the Mentorcoach Foundations program and am working towards becoming professionally certified by the International Coaching Federation. I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist. My clinical practice has taken me from working with troubled teens and their families, to an employee assistance program for government workers, to designing programs for active and dynamic seniors in Greenwich Village. Presently, I work with children with disabilities and their families, aiding them to adapt to their situations and live full lives.

After receiving my bachelor’s degree in Art History and psychology, I worked in retail and am very knowledgeable about fashion and personal style. After almost 20 years in retail, I returned to graduate school, receiving a Master’s in Social Work and a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from New York University. I have also been an actress and dancer for the past 30 years and worked as a ballet instructor and personal trainer/fitness instructor for 15 years. This combination of knowledge in fashion, fitness, performing art and psychology give me a unique perspective and insight. I have a lifelong interest in holistic health and am very knowledgeable about diet, health and fitness. Even after four knee surgeries, I designed a rehabilitation program and have discovered ways to adapt and maintain my fitness level.
